e100 Challenge Day 45 -Proverbs of Solomon- Proverbs 16:1-18:24

Todays reading concludes our time in this 5 day section of Psalms and Proverbs.  It has been a section of rich treasures hasn't it? Today's reading does not leave us wanting! There are so many "Grade A Choice" morsels of wisdom to chew on! How about this one: "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." Wow! How are you at being a loving friend today? Are you sticking closer than a brother?   Or how about this one: "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." Is your tank on empty? Do you feel powerless? I encourage you to run to the Lord today! It is in His name that you find strength and are safe!

Questions to Consider/Discuss...
1. Who is your friend? Take a moment today to send them a text, email or phone call to encourage them and thank them for their friendship.
2. How can you "run to the name of the Lord" today?

Ways to Pray...
Acknowledge God's ways are higher than your ways today. Submit your goals, ambitions, desires to Him and follow His leading.

The Bux-Mont & Telford Campuses of the Penn Valley Church Multi-site Network are participating in the e100 Challenge, a 100-day Bible reading program. True revival comes from prayer and knowing the Word of God. We can only live the life God intended if we know what He says about it. Join us as we read through this plan and grow deeper in our knowledge of God's Word.
